4.7.2004--What are the social and economic factors that contribute to strong and healthy communities? How can communities support households in achieving financial security? What can communities do to effectively develop and sustain the job base, train and support eh workforce, and equip households with adequate consumer skills?

This seminar will present an overview of community features and programs that assist individuals and families in building secure financial futures. Practical steps for adopting promising strategies in local communities will be outlined. Resources for additional study will be provided.
